TA2 floating ball valve is manufactured using TA2 machining. TA2 is industrial pure titanium. According to the different impurity content, it is divided into three grades: TA1, TA2, and TA3. The interstitial impurity elements of these three industrial pure titanium gradually increase, so their mechanical strength and hardness also gradually increase, but their plasticity and toughness decrease accordingly. The commonly used industrial pure titanium in industry is TA2, due to its moderate corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. TA3 can be used when high requirements are placed on wear resistance and strength.

It belongs to ferritic austenitic stainless steel, containing up to 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and 0.25% nitrogen.

Fixed ball valves have low torque, small seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life. Both large-diameter and high-pressure ball valves will be designed as fixed structures.

Trunnion mounted forged steel ball valve is made of forged material with a density much higher than that of casting, suitable for high-pressure situations. The three piece high-pressure forged steel ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along the section perpendicular to the valve channel axis at the two valve seats. The entire valve is symmetrical about the middle axis of the valve stem. Fixed ball valve is mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the direction of medium flow.

F904L super austenitic stainless steel is a low-carbon, high nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless acid resistant steel with excellent activation passivation transformation ability and excellent corrosion resistance. It has good corrosion resistance in non oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, formic acid, and phosphoric acid, and has good resistance to pitting corrosion in neutral chloride ion containing media. At the same time, it has good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.

The sleeve type plug valve mainly consists of a plug body, a sleeve, a clamping nut, and a valve stem. The plug body is the main body of the valve, with the same channel inside as the pipeline. The sleeve is located at the top of the plug body and forms a seal with the plug body. The compression nut is connected to the plug body through a thread to fix the sleeve. The valve stem passes through the sleeve and is connected to a handwheel or electric device at the top for operating the valve.

A globe valve, also known as a shut-off valve, is a forced sealing valve. Therefore, when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface to not leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that needs to be overcome by the operating force is the frictional force between the valve stem and packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to open it, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise it will cause the valve stem to bend.
