The middle flange of the two-piece cast steel fixed ball valve is connected with bolts, and the reinforced PTFE seal in the middle stainless steel ring is equipped with a spring at the back of the ring to ensure a tight connection between the valve seat and the ball, thereby maintaining a seal. Both the upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and save energy during operation. The bottom of the small shaft is equipped with an adjustment plate to ensure the contact position between the sphere and the sealing ring.

    The structure of ball valves made of titanium alloy materials mainly includes components such as valve bodies, valve covers, valve stems, spheres, and valve seats.     2. The PTFE single material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and a spring is installed at the end of the metal valve seat to ensure that the sealing ring has sufficient pre tightening force. Even if the sealing surface wears out during use, it can still ensure good sealing performance under the action of the spring.

    3. In order to prevent the occurrence of fire, a fireproof sealing ring is installed between the sphere and the valve seat. When the sealing ring is burned out, under the action of spring force, the valve seat sealing ring is quickly pushed onto the sphere, forming a metal to metal seal, achieving a certain sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of APl6FA and APl607 standards.

    4. When the pressure of the trapped medium in the valve chamber abnormally increases beyond the pre pressure of the spring, the valve seat will retract and detach from the sphere, achieving the effect of automatic pressure relief. After pressure relief, the valve seat will automatically recover

    6. Due to foreign objects in the medium or fire causing accidental failure of the valve seat seal, the grease valve provides a quick connection with the grease gun, and the imported pump conveniently and quickly injects sealing grease into the valve seat sealing area to alleviate leakage.

    7. In addition to setting standard sealing rings, O-ring seals are also installed on the packing gland, ensuring the reliability of the valve stem seal with dual sealing; The addition of graphite packing and sealing grease injection minimizes valve stem leakage after a fire. The sliding bearings and thrust bearings of the valve stem make the operation of the valve easy.

    8. Full bore or reduced bore structures can be selected as needed. The flow aperture of the full bore valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, making it easy to clean the pipeline.

    9. According to installation or operation requirements, the valve stem can be extended. Extended rod ball valve, especially suitable for urban gas and other occasions that require buried pipeline laying. The size of the extended valve stem shall be determined according to customer needs.

    10. The use of seat and stem bearings with small friction coefficient and good self-lubricating properties greatly reduces the operating torque of the valve. Therefore, even without providing sealing grease, the valve can be operated flexibly and freely for a long time.
