Forged valves are safer and more reliable for high-pressure pipelines. There are generally two design forms for high-pressure forged steel ball valves. One is a two-piece structure, in which a portion of the thread is connected and sealed with PTFE gaskets; Another type is a three piece structure, where the middle valve body is sandwiched between the left and right valve bodies, and the three valve bodies are connected and fixed with bolts. According to the material selection of the valve seat and gasket/packing, valves are usually installed horizontally to adapt to different operating temperatures and media.

    The three piece forged steel fixed ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along the cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel at two valve seats. The entire valve is symmetrical around the central axis of the valve stem, mainly used for cutting, distributing, and changing the direction of medium flow in the pipeline. Its large pivot structure ensures the accurate center position of the sphere under high pressure, ensuring the good working performance of the valve; The standard valve seat adopts a spring structure, pushing the valve seat towards the sphere to ensure good bi-directional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet; By using the built-in discharge valve, the middle chamber of the valve body can discharge outward; The pivot adopts an anti explosion protection structure, effectively preventing leakage; Low friction coefficient bearings minimize torque and facilitate valve opening and closing.
